My name is Scott Anderson and I’m excited to be joining Hatlen Properties!

While I’m a new realtor, I feel in some ways that my career in banking has been preparing me for my role as a realtor.

I started my career in banking in the early ’80s working in a branch where I learned about banking and mortgages. My background in banking and the financial services industry has given me a great understanding of finance and mortgage and as a result, I am very familiar with the mortgage process and what it takes to complete the process successfully.

Having purchased many properties myself, I understand the importance of finding the right property to fit your immediate and future needs. I think you will find that I’m friendly, positive, and committed to providing you with an exceptional experience whether you are purchasing your first home or selling your current home as you move to the next stage in your life.

I’m a native of Arizona and love the desert, however, I’ve been a Southern Californian for over 30 years and have lived on the westside, SFV, and now, currently in the San Gabriel Valley. I’m happily married, living with my husband David and our cat Penny in Arcadia
