Nicole Bray

Nicole Bray was born and raised in Los Angeles. In 2000 she entered the field of Real Estate where she quickly rose to the top of her office on the Sunset Strip becoming a top producer. She received the prestigious award Rookie of the Year within months of being a new agent in the highly demanding and competitive market of Los Angeles. Since then she and her team have been awarded countless honors which include being in the top 2% of all agents internationally. She has also been designated an Architectural Property Specialist and is a Certified Architectural “Green” Specialist. And is now the Broker of record for her women owned and created, family operated brokerage firm with her mother, Hatlen Properties.

Being a native growing up in a real estate family, her firsthand experience and knowledge of local communities works to the benefit of each of her clients. They are all pledged loyalty, attention to detail in negotiations and most importantly to make all transactions as smooth and easy as possible. Having sold from Europe to the LA coast to Mexico to Palm Springs she is committed in meeting her client’s needs whether they are buyers or sellers.

Having studied higher education in both the US and Europe since childhood, it has provided her with an excellent foundation for wonderful interpersonal skills. Nicole is dedicated to providing her clients with the highest levels of service, discretion, commitment and honesty.

Nicole lived in Paris for 2 years graduating from Le Cordon Bleu. She is an accomplished chef as well as a world traveler. She makes friends wherever she goes and appreciates the arts and architecture every country has to offer and is currently building her own boutique luxury hotel in Mexico.

After more than 20 years of Real Estate she became a broker and has opened Hatlen Properties with her mother. They have the strongest bond and friendship and feel that they can offer even more services with their experience and passion for helping people.

Today, Nicole is respected for her innate ability to negotiate with all parties around, closing the most complex of deals.
