Peggy Bray, Owner/Founder

Helping seniors and families navigate home transitions with clarity, care, and confidence.

Peggy Bray is a Pasadena native and lifelong California resident with a deep appreciation for architecture, community, and the unique character of the San Gabriel Valley. As a co-owner of Hatlen Properties, she brings a relationship-first approach to real estate, guiding her clients with care, clarity, and experience.

With over 20 years in the industry and consistently ranked among the top 2% of agents, Peggy is known for making what can feel like an overwhelming process manageable—and even enjoyable. She brings patience, humor, and steady communication to every transaction, ensuring her clients feel supported every step of the way.

Peggy is also a Senior Home Coach™ and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), with a special focus on helping seniors and their families navigate important life transitions. Through her work with Hatlen Way Home, she serves as a trusted resource for aging in place, downsizing, decluttering, and preparing a home for sale. She is proud to be affiliated with the National Aging In Place Council and brings both professional training and personal experience to the families she serves.

Her passion for this work is deeply personal. Having been a caregiver herself, Peggy understands firsthand the emotional and practical challenges that come with supporting aging loved ones. This experience shapes the way she shows up for her clients—with empathy, patience, and a true desire to help families make confident, informed decisions.

Whether working with first-time sellers, longtime homeowners, or families navigating a senior transition, Peggy is committed to being more than just a Realtor—she strives to be a trusted guide and resource. She proudly serves clients throughout Arcadia, Pasadena, Monrovia, and the greater San Gabriel Valley.

Outside of real estate, Peggy enjoys exploring Los Angeles’ vibrant restaurant scene, traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends. She loves entertaining at home and believes that at the heart of every move is something deeply personal—home.
