Peggy Bray is a Pasadena native and lifelong California resident with a deep appreciation for architecture, community, and the unique character of the San Gabriel Valley. As a co-owner of Hatlen Properties, she brings a relationship-first approach to real estate, guiding her clients with care, clarity, and experience. With over 20 years in the industry and consistently ranked among the top 2% of agents, Peggy is known for making what can feel like an overwhelming process manageable—and even enjoyable.
