Venice is located approximately ten miles away from Downtown L.A. but it is worth your time to visit. You might even fall in love and decide to purchase a beach home! The architecture is offbeat and reflects this innovative community. Even Frank Gehry, the famous architect, wanted to get in the act and built an observation post in this neighborhood.

You can stroll the boardwalk, skate, bike along the beach, sunbathe and surf the pacific ocean.  Lots of restaurants, bars, Muscle Beach plus so much more. Let us not forget to point out that GQ  named Abbot Kinney as “the coolest street in America.”
