Susanne Kallis-Hayek

Ten years in real estate marketing including photography, single property marketing websites, virtual tours, and re-design of about 10,000 homes, and now, as a licensed real estate salesperson since 2014, has given Susanne a solid basis and unique perspective on the business of selling homes as well as good working relationships with hundreds of local agents. 

Honesty, integrity, and professionalism are her core values. Consistent communication and transparency are guaranteed. The needs and interests of the client are her first priority and Susanne performs the role of fiduciary with the care and gravitas it requires. 

On a personal note, being born in Switzerland and having lived in multiple cities in New York, Ohio, New Jersey, Virginia, Massachusetts, and California before age of 25 makes her affinity for real estate unsurprising. Now a California resident for the better part of 47 years, Susanne has lived in the Fairfax area of Los Angeles, Century City, Beverly Hills, Arcadia, Monrovia, and now in Glendora. This has given her a broad understanding of the wonderful diversity of communities here in Southern California. 2022 marks 25 years of marriage with her husband Rudy, a licensed marriage and family therapist. When she is not selling homes, she is likely found in her garden or with her grandchild.
